I'm the sales point of contact for our customers, providing them with any equipment and service costs for improvements, replacements, upgrades or any new implementation of hardware/software/service. I work closely with our technical team to ensure the best recommendation to our customers.

All of our engineers are well versed in Apple hardware, from 68030 LCIIs, through G3, G4 and G5 to the latest Xeon powered Mac Pro workstations, and Intel i5 iMacs.
We've invested in a powerful remote IT support solution that means we can fix most IT problems straight away - without leaving our offices.

We've invested in a powerful remote IT support solution that means we can fix most IT problems straight away - without leaving our offices.
If we have to visit you, we charge 90+VAT per hour for the first hour of a site visit - then at 45+VAT per half hour.
Work completed outside of our normal working hours (9am to 5pm) is charged at a higher rate - 105+VAT per hour for the first hour of a site visit, then at 52.50 per half hour.
Discounts are available on remote support for regular customers, or for customers on a contract.
Reinstallation of operating system (including transferring any existing data): 100+VAT (plus parts).
Replacement of a faulty hard drive (including copying of existing data where possible): 100+VAT (plus parts).
