From our repair facility in Poole, our experienced in-house technicians repair over 600 devices per month for a diverse customer base spanning many industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, transport, local government, field service, software, retail and healthcare.

Upon receipt at our repair centre all faulty devices are immediately scanned onto our Repair Management System and allocated a unique barcoded job number which tracks the device throughout the entire repair process.
All customers have access to our online Repair Management Portal which provides quick and easy tools for logging faulty jobs (providing an instant RMA returns number and shipping paperwork), booking collections, viewing live and closed jobs, tracking consignments and managing repair quotations.
