We charge 80 inc vat for a call-out, which includes the first whole hour of labour in your home or business.
The majority of simple jobs are completed in this time.
After that we charge 20 per quarter hour including vat, or part thereof.
We like to keep our charges simple and straight forward, without any hidden extras.

Yes, we come to you at a time that is convenient to you, and complete the job in your home or business.
If we need to take your PC away for any extensive work we will provide the collect and return service free of charge.
