Based in the Midlands, Director Owen Conti, started Code 56 in 2016 offering various tiers of IT Support solutions to SMEs, ensuring they had the investment, resource and infrastructure to succeed.
After an extensive career in IT Support, IT Maintenance and Fraud Prevention for major banks, Owen adopted his own set of values to deliver the very best customer service.

We know more and more businesses become reliant on their IT every day, so what does "Making IT work for your business" really mean to us?
We're flexible enough to understand that monthly contracts and "full service agreements" aren't always the best fit for every business, but we also know that when your IT stops working your business stops working.
Continuity Cover is designed to help in-house IT teams manage absences or peak workloads to provide a consistent level of service.
The core of our Continuity Cover is having a meeting with your team at least once a month so we can be ready to go whenever we're needed.
This keeps us up to speed with ongoing work and changes to systems to ensure there is no lag should we be needed to help your team at short notice with sickness or holiday cover.
Unlike a traditional IT Contractor our IT experts pride ourselves on being able to offer flexible on-site cover, backed up by our comprehensive remote support.
