We hold a comprehensive stock level of many fantastic brands. Plus, we have a large car park at directly in front of the store with disabled access for your convenience. All orders and payments can be taken over the phone and will be made ready for collection by you from the car park. Our workshop will be running, all be it on skeleton staff, so we are still offering our repair service too.
We will be operating this service 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday for the foreseeable future. We remain closed on SATURDAY & SUNDAY. Customers can bring their computer in for advice and help or call us for initial advice. There is no charge for an engineer advising on the work that needs to be carried out. Customers are contacted by telephone and given updates as work progresses and diagnostics are made.
Because the computers are repaired in the large custom built, state-of-the-art workshops on Victoria Road, there are no costly carriage fees or long weeks of waiting for the computer to be returned. It soon became apparent that there was a market for both supplying equipment and also for a good reliable computer repair service.
The decision was made to take on premises at Shelfanger Hall in 2000 and this proved to be a good move, growing the business to the point where new premises were needed.
The next move was to the current site on Victoria Road in Diss, which was purchased and demolished before a brand new custom store, designed and built by Steve Jones was opened in 2007.
It soon became apparent that there was a market for both supplying equipment and also for a good reliable computer repair service.
