You will be offered 4 choices including "Hold for the Operator".
It is not advisable to hold for the operator as the operator is busy!
If you do hold, you will be entertained by a monotonous "beep-beep" for up to 45 seconds at which time all the telephones that are not busy will ring and you will be rescued!
Choose this option if you do have a maintenance agreement with us, and have a fault you would like to log, or an IT related problem you would like to discuss.
