We come to you at your home or workplace and don't have any hidden charges such as call out fees. Our charges are simple, 30 for the first hour and then 15 every half hour after. There are no hidden charges, we don't charge a call out fee or for collection/return of your device. If we can't fix your problem within a reasonable time, you won't be charged a penny.
If we diagnose the problem but you decide not to go ahead there will be a 30 diagnostic charge. For peace of mind, all work that we carry out is covered by a 30 day guarantee. If the original problem that you experienced comes back we will rectify it free of charge.
