In an independent customer survey of more than 2,000 Computer Repair business's right across the UK Mr. PC has been rated in the Top 20 UK Computer Repair Specialists by our customers.
For our Residential Customers we charge J38 for a call out to you within 10 miles of Bristol, Bath or Weston-super-Mare city centres, this includes the first 30 minutes of our time on site for diagnosis and fix work.
After the first 30 minutes then we charge J21 for each period of 30 minutes of work ongoing.
If within 60 minutes of being on site with you (and the problem isn't resolved) we will then provide you with a fixed maximum charge (a maximum cost for the job) for resolving the issue.
