Every company needs IT support if they have any number of computers in their business. We can offer a fixed response time both remotely and on-site. As part of our support packages we remotely monitor all servers to make sure they are operating properly.

This can be extended onto other hardware at additional cost. As well as remote monitoring we will log on to your servers to check that they are working fine on a weekly basis, this can be expanded to daily if required. CB IT offer a full Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and implementation service. We can evaluate your current practices and make recommendations where required for any additional practices.

All DR solutions start with a basic reliable backup solution. This can be either on-site or offsite or a mixture of both. DR doesn't stop at Backup, we can offer failover options both on-site and off-site to complement your current setup and budget.
